Oprah I finally realized that being grateful to my body was key to giving more love to myself.
While hindsight is 20/20, it is still enlightening to see statements we made so passionately years ago come back to haunt us as we realize how wrong or misguided we were at that time and how much time can be a great equalizer or destroyer of dreams.
