Chelsea Handler (@chelsealately) hands Giuliana Rancic (@giulianarancic) (E! News Correspondent) a reality check in her monologue for yelling for the attention of heartthrob George Clooney on the Golden Globes red carpet like a thug hailing a cab in New York.  But really, who could blame Rancic.  After all, this is George Clooney we’re talking about.
