Many in the entertainment world are shocked and grieving over the untimely and tragic loss of 36 year old DJ AM (Adam Goldstein) on Friday.  Tributes and condolences from his fans continue to pour in from all corners of the web.

Below is an interview Goldstein gave over two years ago with David Farrier where he discusses the thing he loved most and was genius at:  DJing.

In the second clip, DJ AM discusses another one of his passions: sneakers.  He apparently had an exhaustive and impressive sneaker collection that (judging from the clip) he was very proud of.

Autopsy results were deemed inconclusive and, as a result, more tests will be done to determine Goldstein’s exact cause of death. Surely the final results will bring some consultation and peace to the many people who are beset by confusion as to what could’ve taken such a young, stable star so suddenly.

RIP DJ AM.
