Jon Stewart breaks down the Sonia Sotomayor Supreme Court confirmation hearing on “The Daily Show” (@the_daily_show) as only he can — with an extra large can of whip ass that he heaps on all parties involved (with an extra serving for the Republican senators).

While he was ruthless in his assessment of Senator Lindsey Graham’s (@grahamblog) questioning of Sotomayor (particularly when Graham quoted unnamed sources and then asked her to answer to the charges from said sources), Stewart gave Sotomayor a thumbs up on her ability to be professionally vague.

His assessment of the Republican senators and their performance throughout the hearing:

“White men can’t judge!”
