Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice stopped by The Tonight Show where she chatted with Leno about Cheney’s recent, public and repeated criticisms of the Obama Administration. She stresses that both she and former President George Bush agree that, out of respect for the current administration, the personnel from the former administration should reserve judgement and keep quiet. Rice is one of several high-profile Republicans who have stepped forward to suggest that Cheney go back to hiding in his bunker.

Should Cheney zip it? Or is he actually helping the Republican Party?
